Picture This ... India 2004 Ready!!!

Okay, I finally put up my India pictures. Sadly they didn't come out at well as I hoped. I think maybe the film got a little bad (curse that Mumbai heat!!!). In any event I put up a portion of them on the web. There are more, but I think I've shared a good amount. Please feel free to ask me about any of them. Leave a comment if you like, but the comments are all public. About access, if I didn't email you [...]

But then of course, with our short attention span I'm sure people will feel that momentary emotion and then quickly forget as we resume our lives. Waiting for the next thing that moves us into thinking ... but not acting. [...]

Why the Schools?

I'm beyond disgusted at this turn of events. I heard it a day or so ago, but never expected it to end so poorly. A group of 40 children broke out of the school. Terrorists started firing at them, and armed bystanders in turn shot at the hostage-takers, he said. The terrorists responded by detonating a bomb that partly destroyed the roof of the school. Shoot at kids? So what do we hold [...]
