  • I can only respond to questions and comments in ENGLISH.
  • Please DO NOT make demands or request files.
  • Please DO NOT ask me to do your studies/homework or job related activities. I do not mind some questions, but I am NOT being paid for my help.
  • Please make sure your EMAIL IS VALID if you are expecting any form of response.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

These are some common questions I get. I will add more or clarify later.

  • Can I help?
The best way to help out is to double check my guides for any mistakes. The second thing I would appreciate is recommending any of my guides to other who could benefit from them (newsgroups, mailing lists, forums or your own blog).
  • Can you write a guide about something in particular?
I only write guides about things I can do first hand or when I have enough experience. I do take suggestions and if I find it interesting or helpful I may write about it or learn it. However I have limited time.
  • Can you explain some step or process in more detail?
Only if I understand that step or process. If it is mentioned on any of my guides then I will do my best. If it is a completely different subject, I cannot help.

Translating My Content

About translating my guides. You may translate into any language if you follow these basic guidelines.

  1. URL, Address - Please make sure to provide a link to the guide you are translating. Please paste the FULL URL. Example:
    Translated from: http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mjm-fedora-f8.html
  2. Author - Please make sure to list my name as the original author. The formatting is up to you. Example:
    Original author: Mauriat Miranda
  3. Please inform me you made the translation. Send me the link so I can link back or I can tell others who may want to have a translation. If you follow the above, it is not a must you tell me, but it would be appreciated.

You do not need to mention my name or guide if you are only referencing my guide. If you use some of the content please link back to the proper page. DO NOT paste my work as you own. Proper linkage is appreciated. Thank you.
